Big Brother Mzansi Season 6 ‘Bazozwa’: New Faces and Early Drama

Big Brother Mzansi is back with its sixth season — boldly titled Bazozwa — bringing a mix of fresh personalities and familiar faces into the iconic Biggie house. With Smash Afrika returning as host, this season promises intense gameplay, emotional showdowns, and unpredictable twists that keep fans glued to their screens. 

This year’s lineup features a diverse group of housemates from around South Africa, each bringing their own story and strategy to the competition. Among the new entrants are Neliswa, a bold club entertainment manager from the Western Cape; Kokii from Gauteng, who’s open about overcoming personal challenges; and Lawredo, the model and entrepreneur from Mahikeng with big ambitions. Also vying for Biggie’s grand prize are Tumi the Barber, Ofentse, Thandeka, and King Wanda, alongside others like Didi, Dene Jones, Mashél, Ramona, Cia, Mshefane, Ilano, Que, The Don, Buhle B, Ashay, and Trixie. 



In a twist unique to this season, Big Brother has brought back several former contestants from earlier editions — including Liema, Mmeli, and Dube — who are competing for a chance to re-enter the house and rewrite their reality game legacies. 

The drama has already begun. In a surprising turn of events, Lawredo and Ofentse became the first housemates evicted after just two weeks in the competition. Their exits have sparked conversations among fans about early gameplay and strategy, underscoring just how unpredictable Bazozwa has become.

With alliances forming, emotions running high, and twists still unfolding, Big Brother Mzansi Season 6 is shaping up to be one of the most compelling seasons yet — and viewers are only just getting started

Kianna Underwood, Former Nickelodeon Star, Killed in Brooklyn Hit-and-Run

Kianna Underwood, a former child actress known for her work on Nickelodeon’s sketch comedy series All That and the animated show Little Bill, has died at age 33 after being struck in a hit-and-run accident in Brooklyn, New York. The tragic incident occurred early Friday morning, January 16, in the Brownsville neighborhood when a sedan hit Underwood as she tried to cross Pitkin Avenue near Mother Gaston Boulevard.
